The breakfast that avaqyue makes very often is easy and nutritious. Just blend all four ingredients: Mixed Berry, tofu, lemon juice and honey.
变着花样吃豆腐,最近很爱做这早餐给Ava。简单的食材,豆腐,莓果,柠檬和蜂蜜,非常健康,而且制作方法也简单。
因为加了好多莓果,所以Ava特别喜欢,酸酸甜甜,她也没察觉这早餐主要食材是豆腐。
对我来说做早餐不难,最难的是有时没灵感,不知道要做什么,需要寻找新的灵感。

食材:
▪️100g混合莓果
▪️一块嫩豆腐
▪️一勺蜂蜜
▪️一勺柠檬汁
(可以用枫糖浆代替蜂蜜,也可以省略)
Ingredients:
▪️100g mixed berries
▪️One block solf tofu
▪️1 teaspoon of honey
▪️1 teaspoon of lemon juice
(You can use maple syrup instead of honey, or you can omit it)
做法 :
豆腐焯水两分钟后,将所有食材加入搅拌内,搅打至顺滑细腻
Blanch the tofu for two minutes, then add all the ingredients into the blender and beat until smooth and creamy.
