My doddl order
What does the free delivery relate to?
We offer free delivery for orders over RM150, this relates to door to door courier service for local West and East Malaysia addresses. If you have specific requirements please contact us directly at hello@numbertwelve.my
How much does delivery cost?
- West Malaysia – 2-4 working days RM10.00
- East Malaysia – 3-5 working days RM14.00
We currently ship to Malaysia and Singapore only.
Please note for international deliveries you may be subject to taxes in your home country. Kindly drop us a message at hello@numbertwelve.my for more information.
How long will it take for my doddl order to arrive?
- West Malaysia – 2-4 working days
- East Malaysia – 3-5 working days

I have lost my doddl spoon/fork, can I buy a replacement?

What countries do you deliver doddl to?
We deliver doddl from doddl.my to Malaysia only.
For other countries, please refer to our parent website under the International Retailers for official partners in your selected country of residence.

Delivery & Returns
How much does delivery cost and how long will it take for my doddl order to arrive?
Free delivery for orders over 150 to West and East Malaysia addresses.
- West Malaysia – 2-4 working days RM10.00
- East Malaysia – 3-5 working days RM14.00
What is the return and refund policy?
We put in a lot of effort in ensuring the quality of products for your little ones. We require all customers to go through returns and exchange process before any possible refunds.
Due to the nature of our products, only products which are unused, in their original packaging can be returned. Please contact us at hello@numbertwelve.my within 7 days of receiving your parcels.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
There is a problem with my doddl order - what shall I do?
We are very proud of the high quality of our products, however in the unusual situation there is a fault or your product has a defect, please e-mail us at hello@numbertwelve.my to let us know and we will investigate further.
